PCB assembly is a kind of service for assembled PCB, it include SMT and DIP.

SMT process is Solder paste printing --> parts placement --> reflow soldering --> AOI optical inspection --> maintenance --> sub-board.

After receive the order from customer, before PCB assembly production, first we would check the PCB gerber file, and sourcing the components, with strict inspection of incoming materials.

Make steel stencil according to PCB requirements, strictly control the temperature and speed of reflow soldering, and strictly implement AOI inspection, also we have ICT, FCT, aging test, temperature and humidity test, drop test.
